not limited to, the following: - On-site chaplain availability

- Transportation (including the use of a wheel-chair lift equipped van)
- Assistance with legal and insurance matters
- Assistance with the preparation and execution of "Advanced Directives" documents (Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney, and Declaration of a Desire for a Natural Death/Living Will)
- Support group for families with a family member that has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease
- Therapeutic Massage (contractual basis)
- On-site licensed day care center for children (ages 6 weeks through 5 years)
- On-site baker and chef
- Nutrition and dietary consultation and planning
- Menu choices
- Private space available for resident/family gatherings and celebrations
- Education and support materials available that address various issues related to long-term care
